Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Morphara. This refund policy explains when and how you can request a refund for credit purchases and subscriptions.
1. Credit Purchases (One-Time)
✓ ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:
- Purchased within the last 7 days
- Credits have NOT been used (no exports made)
- Account in good standing (no violations)
✗ NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:
- Credits purchased more than 7 days ago
- Any credits have been used (even 1 export)
- Credits were part of a promotional offer
- Account has been banned or suspended
Refund Process:
- Email ayuodev@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase
- Include your account email and transaction ID (from Stripe receipt)
- We'll verify no credits were used
- If approved, refund processed within 5-10 business days
- Credits will be removed from your account upon refund
2. Subscription Plans (Premium & Studio)
✓ ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:
- New Subscriptions: Within 7 days of first payment
- Billing Errors: Charged incorrectly or double-billed
- Technical Issues: Service was unavailable for extended periods
- Monthly credits have NOT been used
✗ NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:
- Renewal charges (only first month may be refunded)
- Partial month refunds (we don't prorate)
- If monthly credits have been used
- Subscription cancelled after 7-day window
- Voluntary downgrade from Studio to Premium
Subscription Cancellation:
- Cancel anytime from your account settings
- Access continues until end of current billing period
- No refund for remaining days in the current period
- Unused monthly credits expire when subscription ends

4. Special Circumstances
Account Errors
If we made an error (wrong charge amount, duplicate billing), contact us immediately. We'll issue a full refund regardless of time limits.
Service Outages
If Morphara is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may request a prorated refund for subscription time lost.
Fraudulent Charges
If you didn't authorize a charge, contact us immediately at ayuodev@gmail.com and your bank/card issuer. We'll cooperate with investigations.
5. Chargeback Policy
⚠️ Important: Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
- Always contact us first before initiating a chargeback
- We resolve 95%+ of issues within 48 hours
- Chargebacks cost us fees and may result in permanent account closure
- If you file a chargeback, we reserve the right to terminate your account
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NEVER refundable:
- Promotional credits (free bonus credits)
- Credits gifted by other users
- Exported characters (once downloaded)
- Custom work or support services
- Third-party fees (bank charges, currency conversion)

8. Refund Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refunds or terminate accounts for:
- Repeated refund requests (pattern of abuse)
- Using credits before requesting refund
- Providing false information
- Attempting to exploit the refund policy
